About ETC
The Egale Trans Committee (ETC) is a committee of Egale Canada with appointed representatives from various regions across the county. It functions to establish priorities, provide resources and to advise the Egale Canada board of directors, staff and committees regarding policies, action and advocacy especially those which pertain to trans and gender non-comforming people and communities across Canada. The Egale Trans Committee works and advocates in this capacity for the equality rights, health, well being and the freedom to self-identify for all trans and gender non-comforming persons.
